Opening songs:OP 1-Arrival of tears
.
genres:Action,fantasy,romance
.
episodes:12
.
Before I actually say anything about the anime....C.viper and storm just got revealed for marvel vs capcom 3. Blegh.....Anywayway, today Im reviewing 11eyes. Nothing special I want to say for this show, its basically your very typical action/fantasy show with fighting, romance and all your basic action fantasy needs. While its not very interesting at 1st, the show manages to at least step up the story towards the ending and finish it rather well. The show is quite short, just to take note.
.
The opening song is great. Arrival of tears is a solid song that is sure to please, with a 5 min long full version, its basically a win-win song.

Rating:7.0/10

11eyes doenst have anything really special or captivating in it to awe those who watch it. It has average animations, your typical over-the-mill characters, and most of all, a predictable story. Though it does have a cool concept for the red night, it really doenst have anything really special. Even the fight scenes are pretty shallow, they dont last very long, but at least the fights happen in almost every episode. Its a good thing though, the show steps up towards the end.
.
The show stars kakeru satsuki as the main character. Satsuki is just a normal boy who has a childhood friend, yuka, whom he wishes to protect, like most other shonen heroes. One day, his sister kills herself, and tries to kill him too. Whats more, one day after school they are both drawn into a strange dimension called the red night, where monsters appear and start to attack them. Yuka is terrified, and satsuki has nothing to fight against the monsters. After thier 1st red night, they are terrified of the place, but both visit it again multiple times, as they find thier fates bound to the world. Among with a few other chosen ones, they survive and fight against the red night, to defy thier fates in an attempt to snap themselves out of the eternal nightmare they are drawn to.
.
11eyes starts out typical, and starts to bore, but it starts to pick up the pace at episode 7 or so. By the end, you would have experinced quite a devilish turn of events and will be satisfied with what the show did with the last few episodes. If you watched many of these kinds of shows before, you probably wont be too suprised, but if not, this can be worth picking up if you have the time and patience.
.
Peace.
